Free to be Chix

We are fortunate to live in a country where we are free. Free to make choices . . Religion, politics, jobs, schooling, raising children, how we lead our lives. We are Free to be fit as well! In the manner we choose.

Many fitness students join the gym on a new year resolution and are often gone by spring. The main reason . . Failure to see immediate results—we begin to lose motivation and purpose. We need to remember that we are still doing our bodies a huge favor by exercising and perhaps our fitness goals should be adjusted.


Remember Fitness can come in a variety of shapes and sizes. All bodies are different. Being a size 2 isn’t the end all to being fit. The Chix come in all ages, body types and fitness levels. Some start young. Others later in life. They want the same thing. The freedom to be fit.



Fit to be free from health issues and to get off medications.

Fit to be free to lower cholesterol.

Freedom to walk and climb steps without being winded.

Freedom to play with children and grandchildren.

Freedom to boost mental health.

Freedom to participate in high energy classes and keep up with the younger group at an age their grandmothers would have never dreamed of.

Freedom to feel and act young.

Freedom to be fit to lead your best life . . . and yes run a marathon and lose weight if you choose.



You don’t have to have a Barbie doll body to be fit. You are Free to be fit as the perfect you that you are. We are Free to be Chix. So Let freedom ring Chix!!!! 7/2021 SS
